Our approach
Working closely with our client and the design team, we strive to bring the client’s vision to life. Without compromising build quality, we incorporate value engineering and seek to resolve any structural challenges encountered through practical solutions.
The design concept is developed for construction using the latest computer-aided design software: AutoCAD (computer aided design); Master Series 3D Analysis; REVIT. Site services are available on request.
Civil Engineering

Our approach
By ensuring that appropriate site investigations are carried out, we are able to understand ground conditions and thereby design suitable structures.
For adoptable infrastructure we liaise and negotiate with Local Highways and Statutory Authorities to ensure designs are fully compliant. We use industry recognized computer-aided design software such as: Master Series 3D Analysis; REVIT; AutoCAD.
Drainage

Our approach
We have a solution focused approach to the often complex issues involved in drainage with the aim of providing innovative and economic designs.
After completing on-site tests and feasibility studies, we liaise and negotiate with the relevant authorities (local water companies, The Environment Agency, Statutory Authorities) to develop a design that is SUDS compliant, meets planning approval and fulfils the needs of the client.
Detailed designs are then produced using Microdrainage software. During the construction period, additional site visits are available on request.

Our approach
After discussing requirements with our client, we carry out a visual inspection of the structure. An intrusive investigation may be required to establish the causes of any structural issues.
We provide a detailed written report suitable for purpose (planning applications/ insurance claims/ mortgage applications) and, where required, prepare recommendations for remedial works.
Principal Designer
What we do
- Health and safety services under the CDM regulations 2015
Our approach
The Principal Designer is responsible for considering health and safety issues during the planning phase of a project. This includes identifying, eliminating or minimising foreseeable health and safety risks.
The Principal Designer works with the Client on producing the Pre Construction Information relating to the project. This must then be provided to the contractors and designers involved with the project.
